Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations or service agreements under the following conditions:

  • Before Service Commencement: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation or service start date
  • After Service Commencement: Partial refund may be available based on services already provided. Refund amount will be calculated based on completed work and materials delivered
  • Completed Services: No refunds are available for completed consulting services, assessments, or delivered documentation

Refund Process

To request a cancellation or refund:

Non-Refundable Services

  • Composting system design blueprints and specifications
  • Completed consultation sessions and advisory meetings

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your service agreement or reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes to service dates or scope.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and may offer service adjustments, additional consultation time, or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
